2.根据客户的空运托运书为客户安排订舱、提货、报关、报检、保险、运输、结算等事宜；

3.全程对货物进行跟踪并及时将货物的最新情况反馈给客户，让客户及时掌握货物的最新动态；

4.制作国际空运单证及其它相关文件，并对单证及文件进行整理及归档；

5.录入应收应付费用，确保及时开出发票；

6.完成上级安排的其他工作。
