Team admin
? Communication coordination across teams
? Meeting support; Travel support (eg: hotel and flight bookings)
? Expense claims
? ZBB for ECD
? Team T&E report audit, tracking and management
? Consolidation for SMM/ Business review report
A&P/ FTT related process
? Concur process incl. PO raising , PO change and GR / P2P ownership
? Pre/ Post M&E record tracking
? Contract/ Authorization letter management
? Chop application
? 商品報關單 &衛檢證書 update
? FTT/ A&P payment including 紅票process
Demand & Order process
? EC demand & depletion forecasting
? Weekly Sell in LE tracking
? EC order process management
? The only one window for all EC orders to make sure the order is completed including goods received by customer
? Proactively notify CF if order is blocked due to credit limit or overdue
? Overdue monitoring – notify sales to follow up with customers to achieve zero overdue
? Free goods order process
? DMS data support and make sure the data are accurate
? Customer data creation/amendment- including new customer set up, ship-to/sold-to/bank account etc. data change, provide forecast for credit limit application, annual review (license, KYBP, credit limit, etc.)
Digital tool management
? Social listening system incl. regular update link/ stores information, daily pricing alert and monthly report
? BI tool – raw data upload
职位要求：
3-4 years experience in the consumable industry
Analytical, have the ability to read insights through changes
Strong in communication (preferably good at PPT)
Expert in Excel (experienced user of excel formula)
