职责描述：

1、负责公司部分诊断试剂产品(IVD)研发与技术管理工作；

2、负责对产品研发可行性进行研究，制定产品开发计划及工艺转化，并组织实施。

3、负责新产品的立项评审、设计和实验方案评审、进度评估等。

4、与公司内各个技术平台研发过程中疑难问题的攻关和协调；

5、确立新产品生产工艺规程、质量标准，相应的生产及检验操作规程及新产品的移交工作。

6、协助注册部完成IVD产品注册所需的技术资料

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，分子生物学，遗传学等相关专业，3年以上相关工作经验；

2、有完整的IVD项目研发到获证经验优先；

3、具有较强的实验设计能力及项目管理能力；

4、有多种项目开发工作经验者优先。
