岗位概述 
从初始要求阶段到最终执行阶段始终积极参与多个商业系统项目的交付和管理。
Actively participate in the delivery and coordination of multiple business system projects from initial requirements phase to final implementation.

主要职责
？为组织将宏观商业要求转化成功能性规格并管理这些规格的变更。
Translates high-level business requirements into functional specifications for the organization and manages changes to such specifications.
？与员工和商业部门合作来确保明确项目要求，交付成果符合要求，包括将来流程和差距分析、规格和设计文件。
Work with staff and business department to ensure that project requirements are identified and deliverables are met, including to-be process and gap analysis, specification and design documentation.
？执行解决方案设计和使用不同的工具搭建工作。
Performs solution design and build works using different tools.
？推进测试环境并参加测试应用。
Facilitates testing environment and participates in testing applications.
？推进培训环境并为用户提供培训。
Facilitates training environment and conduct trainings for users.
？能适应定期电话值班，包括夜间和周末
Available for periodic on-call duties which may include nights and weekends.
？协助进行系统升级，确保生产系统的完整性和稳定性
Assist in system change process to ensure integrity and stability of production systems.
？定期参与各种培训，获取必要的知识及技能。
Attend periodic trainings to gain necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform their duties.

教育程度
？计算机软件、计算机应用技术、电子商务及其相关专业，本科或以上学历；
Bachelor's degree or above in computer software, computer application technology, e-commerce and related disciplines;


职能／技术经验 
？具有项目启动、项目规划和项目管理方面的相关知识
Relevant knowledge in all aspects of initiating, planning and managing projects.
？精通微软办公软件和相关的软件工具，如Word、PowerPoint、Excel、Access和Visio
Experience with Microsoft Office and associated software tools, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access and Visio.
？熟悉信息技术和系统开发文档
Knowledge of information technology and systems development documents


能力 
？能够在截止时间内独立完成工作，处理多项任务并准确地履行工作职责。
Ability to work with minimal supervision to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform job responsibilities accurately.
？有丰富的带领项目团队经验，充分理解软件系统生命周期
Demonstrated experience leading project teams through the SDLC
？有丰富的应用系统支持的经验
Demonstrated experience in operational support of applications as level 1 or level 2 support
？有和开发人员一起定位问题并解决问题的能力
Ability to troubleshoot code and perform code review with developers
？较强的分析和问题处理能力，能够为安全问题或复杂问题开发出创新备选方案的能力。
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with an ability to develop creative alternatives to resolving issues or complex problems.
？拥有基础的Web应用的开发知识。
Web application development skill is a plus.
？至少了解一种编程语言或者脚本（例如：.net，java，C #，等）
Ability to understand and interpret simple code/scripts in at least one programming language (EX: .Net, Java, C#, etc.)

？具备较好的英文听说读写能力优先。
Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are preferred.
