Job Duties:

• Coordinate all in-house operations and logistics activities including warehousing, transportation, warehouse quality management, space planning and cargo process.

  负责协调所有库内操作及物流相关运作，包括仓储操作，运输，仓储质量的管理，库内仓位规划和操作流程的管理。

• Review business process and initiate by giving suggestions to drive for continuous warehouse improvement and warehouse efficiency

  审查业务流程, 根据实际操作给与合理建议以持续优化操作流程并提高生产效率。

• Monitor warehouse operations performance to ensure the smooth warehouse and cargo operation running with Century operations standard procedure including cargo loading and unloading process and data submission

  监管仓库的日常操作执行情况，确保仓库运行顺畅及所有操作都是严格按照世纪冠航设定的标准程序进行，包括装卸货物流程和数据的提交。

• Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations according to Century VMS booking and delivery note process including goods and cargo receiving, pick and pack, stock checking, inbound/outbound delivery and reporting

  根据世纪冠航VMS的订单和提货单的流程，监督和管理仓库的日常运营，包括收货，挑货，装箱，库存管理，入仓/出仓的交接和日常报告。

• Monitor entire consolidation process from empty container pick up through full container return to terminal while aligning with Century standard guideline

  监控拼柜操作的整个流程（从安排提空柜到还重柜到码头的各个环节），确保所有流程都是按照世纪冠航的标准要求操作。

• Maintain safety, security and comfortable warehouse environment for all visitors via regular house-keeping and inspection. e.g. all cargo/cartons/equipment are properly stored safely in good condition, all warehouse facility and equipment are in good condition for safe use and also comply with all local safety ordinances

  通过常规的库内清洁和检查为仓库的参观客户提供安全和舒适的仓库环境。包括但不限于：所有货物/纸箱/设备都被正确的放置在指定的安全区域，所有的仓储设施和设备都处于良好可使用状态，同时所有状态均符合所有当地安全要求。
  

• Optimize the warehouse space utilization and ensure all warehouse procedures comply with the company’s and customer’s needs

  优化仓库空间利用率，确保所有仓库程序符合本公司和客户的需求

• Manage and maintain good relationships with various logistics service providers, vendors, customers, warehouse operators, contractors, sub-contractors, business partners and colleagues

  管理和维护各种物流服务提供者，供应商，客户，仓库操作人员，承包商，分包商，业务合作伙伴和同事建立良好的业务关系。

• Closely coordinate and liaise with warehouse operators and Century to ensure accuracy and timely information flow about cargo process, container data and warehouse operations

  作为世纪冠航的驻仓负责人，密切与仓库操作人员及世纪冠航操作同事协调沟通确保库内操作，箱单资料及货物运输的相关信息能及时准确的传递。

• Negotiate with different parties for various cargo issues on behalf of Century代表世纪冠航与不同供应商.合作伙伴处理各种货物异常问题。

• Assist vendors to solve different problems and issues about cargo delivery, delayed schedule and cargo damages

  协助厂商解决各种有关货物配送的困难和问题（包括货物派送，货物延期，货物破损等）

• Routinely monitor warehouse for C-TPAT compliance according to Century provided guidelines applicable to the warehouse manager function

• 根据世纪冠航提供适用于仓库经理责职的指引，监测仓库的C-TPAT执行情况

• Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure the proper issuance of chargebacks to warehouse and vendors for any violations or losses which they are responsible for

  与财务部门协调，确保财务部及时付款给到相应的仓库和供应商，避免因为欠款违规而导致其他损耗或者损失。

• Coordinate and assist the QC department to ensure they have the necessary support for their smooth and continuous operations

  协调并协助QC部门，以确保QC部门能顺利开展工作

• Ensure all shipment data and information are accurately entered in VMS on a timely basis e.g. CLP, container number, seal number and daily in/out reports

  确保所有货物数据和信息全部准确地及时地录入VMS系统，例如CLP，集装箱号，封条号及每日进/出报告等。

                            

Requirements:

任职要求：

• 取得物流管理或者仓库管理的文凭

  Diploma major in Logistics or Warehouse Management

• 至少拥有五年的仓库或者物流领域的工作经验

  Minimum 5 years’ working experience in warehousing or logistics field

• 拥有优秀的问题解决能力、快速学习、批判性思考、善于分析、强烈的交流和人际关系能力的杰出领导

  Excellent leadership with good problem-solving, fast-learner, critical thinker, analytical, strong communication & interpersonal skills

• 良好的中英写作和口语能力

  Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• 熟练操作办公室软件，尤其是EXCEL

  Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel

• 独立，刻苦，责任感，自觉主动，积极的并且是一个优秀的团队成员

  Independent, hardworking, responsible, self-motivated, positive and a good team player

• 优先考虑能够即时上岗的求职

  Immediate available is highly preferred
