Summary工作总述：  

• Performs functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies and final assemblies执行与所有制造操作相关的职能，包括与工程师合作完成安装和校准任务，以及与零部件、组件、子组件和最终组件的生产相关的返工和质量测试

• Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments or equipment使用复杂的程序收集和评估操作数据，对产品、仪器或设备进行在线调整

• Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process 决定并可能协助开发控制或修改制造过程的方法和程序

• Works with engineers in conducting experiments与工程师合作进行实验   

  

Main Responsibility 主要职责:   

1. Machine major trouble shooting, new Machine setup and follow up. Keep the Machine with smooth running 机器主要故障排除，新机器的安装和跟踪。使机器平稳运转  

2. Wire bond low yield analysis and assist engineer for process improvement线材粘结剂低良率分析，协助工程师进行工艺改进  

3. Collect the needed Machine performance data and analysis，improve Machine availability收集所需的机器性能数据和分析, 提高机器的可用性  

4. To support full Wire Bond/Die Bond capacity支持全丝键合/模具键合能力  

5. Carry on VOC reduction & production projects执行减少挥发性有机化合物及生产项目  

6. Other duties assigned by superior 上级交办的其他工作  

7. Run shift 倒班 

  

Job Requirements 职位要求:   

1. Diploma qualification, major in electronics or mechanical大专以上学历，电子或机械专业  

2. At least 2 years related Wire Bond or Die Bond experience with semiconductor background is preferred 至少2年相关的线键或模具键合经验，有半导体背景者优先  

3. Solid hands-on skills in automation equipment and process 熟练操作自动化设备和流程  

4. Good spoken and written English, and application of office software良好的英语听说读写能力，熟练运用办公软件  

5. Problem solving, good understanding and team spirit 善于解决问题，有良好的理解能力和团队合作精神
