1、负责组织进行产品设计和开发的策划、实施、评审、验证、确认和更改过程的控制；

2、负责供应商评审、研发成本分析控制、异常分析和关闭、输出图纸；

3、组织实施订单工艺评审管理、订单BOM管理、样品管理

4、负责协调多个项目工程师共同设计的项目，确保各项工作的顺利进行；

任职资格：

1、30-40岁，本科以上学历，电子、材料、机械结构类专业优先考虑；

2、8年以上LED照明行业、研发及管理工作经验；

3、熟练应用Pro/E、UG、AutoCAD等设计软件。

4、具备较强的计划、组织、协调、沟通及分析能力，优秀的职业素养和团队协作。
