职位描述


The National Key Account Manager (Hotel) has a core function of the sales process for the target group, hotel chains in China. The role reports directly to the National Key Account Director.

    

This position has the following responsibilities:

  1. The sustainable development of the hotel chain business with the aim of making RATIONAL the Partner of Choice by delivering tangible customer benefits.
  2. Driving best practises and knowledge transfer across the region.
  3. Leading, maintaining and developing long-term relationships with both existing & new customers.

Primary Focus:

  • Build and maintain relation with Strategic Accounts regional HQ key person
  • Plan and coordinate events with Strategic Accounts
  • Search and maintain the buying centre of Strategic and major International and National Accounts
  • Cooperate with SD/MD, share the project list and agree together on next actions
  • Develop culinary concepts together with the NCC and execute concept events
  • Meet planner/consultants and share upcoming projects with actions
  • Drive and promote knowledge transfer and best practise sharing of international customer activities across the region

Additional tasks (but not limited to):

  • Identification of new customer opportunities with focus on Strategic and International accounts
  • Support National Key Account Managers, SD, RSM, BDM
  • Systematically collect & analyse market trends & market intelligence (customers, size, potential etc.) & share with colleagues accordingly
  • Management and leadership of customer specific projects
  • Development of Key Account customer specific service, hardware and strategic software solutions
  • Participate in, or assist partners, in trade shows & events where required
  • Report monthly reports to executive management covering items such as the following: (sales activities, achievements, project progress, opportunities, risks and relevant market and price information)
  • Meet dealers and share upcoming projects with actions
  • Ongoing visits to hotels to understand their challenges and give support
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer (key accounts) within the RATIONAL organisation
  • Develop & execute a Key Account plan & annual budget targets
