1. 为移动设备开发Linux/Android驱动和应用，使其能正常工作
2. 扩展已有的软件架构以支持新的智能设备如增强现实、虚拟现实、智能物联网等
3. 跟踪前沿技术，参与新设备整体方案设计，选择创新性的硬件和软件方案
4. 负责优化Android/Linux框架、内核和驱动，提升产品的竞争力
5. 解决功耗、性能、散热和稳定性的问题，保证产品质量达到量产标准

Position Description:
1. Develop Linux/Android drivers and applications for mobile device and make it work as expected
2. Extend existing software architecture to support new intelligent device like AR, VR and AIoT.
3. Follow up the latest technology, take part in the system design of new device with creative software and hardware solution
4. Optimize Linux/Android kernel, frameworks and drivers, boost the product competency
5. Resolve the critical issues like power consumption, performance, thermal and stability, make sure the product quality ready for mass production

Position Requirements:
任职要求:
1. 硕士以上学历，计算机科学或电子工程相关专业
2. 5年以上嵌入式系统开发经验，负责过创新智能设备的软件和硬件系统架构设计
3. 熟悉移动SoC的芯片结构及外围接口，包括电源、存储、显示、多媒体、通信等，对高通平台熟悉者优先
4. 精通Android/Linux体系架构，熟悉系统的进程调度、内存管理、功耗管理和热管理等，有对Linux/Android软件架构进行扩展的实际经验。
5. 精通C/C++编程，至少熟悉以下一个技术领域，开发过相关的驱动程序：USB, storage, display, graphics, multimedia, connectivity, telephony, and power management, etc.
6. 有解决移动产品功耗、性能、稳定性相关问题的实际经验，有实现产品量产的经验
7. 有好的沟通技巧和团队合作
8. 勇于挑战自己，做事精益求精

Position Requirements:
1. Master degree or above, major in CS or EE or related field.
2. 5+ years experiences in embedded system development, and designed the system architecture for innovative smart devices.
3. Familiar with mobile SoC architecture and peripheral interface such as power, memory, display, multimedia, connectivity, etc. Knowledge of Qualcomm platform is preferred.
4. Proficient in Android/Linux architecture, know well about system process scheduling, memory management, power and thermal management. Solid experience of extending Linux/Android architecture or framework is required.
5. Strong capability of C/C++ coding and ever developed code for at least one of the following modules: USB, storage, display, graphics, multimedia, connectivity, telephony and power management.
6. Solid experience of resolving power, performance and stability issues, proved experience of resolving deep system issues (very hard to reproduce issue), rich experience of pushing product to mass market
7. good communication and team work
8. High passion to achieve better performance
