• To
  support SSC on local purchasing of HPP, display, Duratran categories via
  professional expertise on supply management. To well control cost and implement
  purchasing process on supplier sourcing/qualification, tender/bidding
  organization, price negotiation, etc.

   

• To maximise buying strengths for LVMH PC in order to buy right quality, good
  services and competitive price for all general
  office and logistic materials and services, by applying the LVMH PC Buying Skills and Business
  Principles (ethics).
  
  

• To implement Buying Strategies in
  respect of the above HPP, display, Duratran
  categories, which covers:
  Market Intelligence, Supplier Selection, Negotiation of Contracts & Prices
  and responsible for general office and logistic prices & savings.

   

•  To help supplier ensure compliance with Contract
  arrangements. To ensure the continuous supply of HPP,
  display, Duratran on agreed
  contract terms/specifications on a timely basis to the designated LVMH PC legal entities.

   

• To maintain & develop best
  practise in Supplier Relationship Management in respect of selected &
  approved suppliers.

   

• To input new ideas on general
  office and logistic Buying strategies and to stimulate & support business   activities & projects within LVMH PC China business.

• To implement the Buying Strategies, savings targets, Supplier Performance
  Management Program (SPMP), in respect of above general office and logistic
  materials & services.

   

• Provide buying inputs & planning support to LVMH P&C, ensuring
  compliance, update improvement.

   

• Conduct information research on existing and potential suppliers
  including the use of non-traditional methods of finding new suppliers, ie
  market intelligence development.                      

   

• Share ideas, technical knowledge and market information with colleagues.

   

• Introduce the concept of Supply Chain Management & best practice to
  support Buying interface with its suppliers &customers

• Choose the appropriate
  business style to fit the situation in order to constantly improve business
  relationship with our internal (i.e. Brand team, HR, Supply Chain, Legal, Tax
  and IT) and external customers, i.e. suppliers.
