About the company:

This is a well know company in Shenzhen, specializing in Communications industry.

Main responsibilities:

·         Customer complaint handling.  

·         RMA handling

·         Continual improvement

·         Human Resources / Administrative and other special assignments.

Main requirements:

·         Bachelor or above, B.S. in Engineering, Communications, Material Science or Physics, M.S. in Engineering field desirable

·         4+ years quality engineering working experience in electronic or optical field. Be professional on 8D report writing and reporting

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with networked PC based computer systems

·         Good English in writing and reading.
