职位描述

1. Work Product, Agent Tool and Content Escalations from various inputs within established SLA's.

2. Maintain a high-level of eBay product knowledge in order to thoroughly research, test, gather/provide business impact, eliminate false positives and file Product and Content bugs.

3. Act as CS/Risk support liaison with Product team for Escalated issues

4. Log feature requests/quick wins for improvements to the site that are too small for a BRD, but highly beneficial to the user or agent.

5. Perform Pre/Post-Push testing of new products/features

6. Provide On-Site Push Coverage to address questions on product functionality and escalate bugs

7. Attend spec reviews:

• Become familiar with new products/features

• Provide input regarding Operational impact of upcoming products/features

• Identify issues that will negatively impact customer experience (agents and end-users)

8. Provide all information needed by eBay Training to facilitate the education of new features and system changes.

9. Help facilitate the BRD process when needed

10. Regularly review and compile agent feedback

11. Organize, and participate in Sr. Agent escalation meetings

12. Review new marketing emails and click-throughs to ensure accuracy in description of functionality and procedures.

13. Meet with Management regularly to communicate:

• New products/features that are on the Product roadmap

• Agent Feedback for consideration/prioritization

14. Utilize superior communication skills to articulate plans and upcoming changes to appropriate Operational teams

15. Establish relationships with appropriate teams throughout the organization to ensure excellent information flow.

16. Facilitate Knowledgebase Updates.

1.Bachelor's Degree with excellent oral/written English skills, minimal +2Y working experience.

2. Excellent internal and external communication skills. Must be quality and detailed oriented, yet understand the level of detail appropriate for the situation.

3. Familiarity with eBay and the online auction industry, particularly operational processes.

4. Strong working knowledge of PC based Internet and software applications.

5. Knowledge of external systems and software (The Internet, Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel).

6. Must have knowledge and skills in using Microsoft applications: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, HTML or any other web creation software and Access.

7. Knowledge of adult learning concepts.

8. Unwavering attention to detail.

9. Skilled at creating course curriculum.

10. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

11. Ability of leadership, organization, and time management skills.

12. Ability to work flexible hours.

13. Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.

14. Must be a team player willing to support and accept the total quality processes and systems.

15. Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with co-workers and peers.
