MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS POSITION

设立该职务的基本目的

 

Support brand development in Sephora channel under Key account manager supervision.

- Communication with Sephora store (store manager and Sephora staff)

- On-site training and coach Sephora staff

- Stock and merchandising management

- Animation support

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

该职务的主要职责

- Communicate with Sephora store manager for daily operation, stock management and sales tracking

- On-site training Sephora staff ( makeup skills, product training and sales skills)

- Merchandising and display management

- Coordinate and support in-store animation

- New store support  

PRINCIPAL COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND BACKGROUND

- Relative experience in cosmetics industry for more than 2 years

- Good makeup skills

- Good communication skills

- Willing to travel

-     Enthusiastic, presentable and confident

-     Flexible to various environments

-     Willing to learn

-     Attitude of “can do”/”make it happen”

-     Good sense of teamwork
