加拿大大西洋四省的国际管理酒店公司代招聘岗位   工作地点:加拿大

工作职责:

1、每日分配房间和深度清洁任务;监督和协助一组客房服务员,洗衣服务员和管家。

2、检查入住和出发房间,确保按照尼尔森勋爵酒店及套房所列的预期标准进行清洁。

3、客房的常规检查,以查缺补漏,注意区域,并确保所有客房符合酒店标准,以提供***的客户体验。

4、管理客人请求,包括其他设施,VIP要求等确保所有相关信息传递给相应团队成员。

5、了解并了解所有房间类别,类别和类型包括清洁要求,设施和布局。

6、与行政管家经理合作,解决任何和所有客人的疑问,疑虑和投诉,及时有效地取得积极成果。

7、开展并组织丢失和发现的功能;与维护部门沟通,以确定维护缺陷。

8、协助行政内务管理人员处理部门各方面的培训要求;与管理层沟通部门的需求;必要时协助其他部门并保持良好的工作关系。

9、必须全面了解酒店应急程序;完成酒店分配的其他任务。


任职要求:

1、有两年管理入门级员工的经验,在快节奏的酒店环境中工作的经验者优先考虑,雅思达4分及以上。

2、专业的态度和遵循所需指导的能力,细节导向和独立工作的能力

3、可接受夜班,周末和假日工作,体能状况良好。


Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Supervise and assist a team of room attendants, laundry attendants, and housemen

2. Daily allocation of rooms and deep cleaning tasks

3.Check occupied and departure rooms to ensure they have been cleaned to the expected standards as outlined by The Lord Nelson Hotel & Suites

4.Routine inspection of guest rooms in order to identify deficiencies, areas of attention, and that all guestrooms meet hotel standards in order to provide the best possible guest experience

5.Manage guest requests, including additional amenities, VIP requirements, etc. Ensuring all relevant information is passed along to the appropriate team members

6.Know and understand all room categories, classes, and types. Including cleaning requirements, amenities, and layout

7.Work with the Executive Housekeeping Manager to address any and all guest queries, concerns, and complaints, achieving positive outcomes in a timely and efficient manner

8.Carry out and organize lost and found functions

9.Communicate with the maintenance department in order to identify maintenance deficiencies

10.Assist the Executive Housekeeping manager with training requirements for all aspects of the department

11.Communicate the needs of the department with management

12Assist other departments when necessary and maintain good working relationships

13.May be required to perform duties of employees being supervised

14.Must have comprehensive understanding of hotel emergency procedures

15.Other tasks as assigned


Experience:

1.Two (2) years’ experience in a managing entry-level employees

2.Professional attitude and the ability to follow instruction required

3.Physical mobility and stamina required

4.Detail oriented and the ability to work independently

5.Must speak, understand, and write fluently in English. Bilingualism is an asset

6.Experience working in a fast paced Hotel setting is preferred

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

7.Previous hotel experience preferred

8.Flexible and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

9.Understands the challenges that are present in a housekeeping position

10.Organized and able to thrive in a fast paced environment while being able to manage a changing workload and meet tight deadlines
