主要职责：

1、负责会员部日常管理工作，制定部门人员业绩考核指标，提升部门业绩；

2、根据协会总体工作规划，制定会员服务战略、规程与目标，负责开发设计各种会员服务活动并实施运营；

3、负责会员的维护与开发，组织、策划各项服务活动，组织会员企业进行商务考察、专业培训、行业评定、高端论坛等活动，加强与会员企业的交流与沟通，了解、反应、代言会员企业利益，提升会员企业满意度和忠诚度；

4、负责与各政府机构联络，承接政府项目，了解最新相关行业政策，进行政策解读，更好地服务会员企业。

资质要求:

1、本科以上学历，知识面广，对物流、供应链行业现状、发展趋势有宏观了解；

2、性格外向，具备战略眼光，优秀的组织策划、运营管理及沟通协调能力；

3、对行业政策反应敏感，对相关政策有较强的解读能力；

4、勇于开拓渠道，擅长与各类企业老板沟通协调，了解企业真实需求；

5、具备和老板直接对话的专业能力和专业水平（必要条件）；

6、优秀的职业操守，为人正直，能保守商业机密及敏感信息。

深圳市物流与供应链管理协会

    深圳市物流与供应链管理协会（前身为深圳市物流与采购联合会）成立于1994年，是成立早、规模大、功能全、服务优、权威强、专业精的非盈利性组织。
    随着深圳现代物流业的崛起并向供应链服务转型，协会迅速发展壮大。会员由物流业、生产制造业、金融业、信息产业、法律机构、科研机构、大专院校等组成，以深圳及珠三角为主，遍布国内各省市和亚洲、欧洲、大洋洲、北美洲等地。协会目前有会员单位近1000家，设有智慧物流装备与技术分会、道路运输与物流园区分会、跨境电商供应链服务协会、铁水联运与跨境运输分会、一带一路供应链创新中心、冷链物流产业分会等多个区域性、专业化分会和委员会。秘书处现有专职人员70余名，设有行政部、会员部、国际部、外联部、商务部、会展中心、传媒中心等多个智能部门和两个独立法人单位--深圳市现代供应链管理研究院、深圳市物流产业共赢基金及广州分部、天津分部、东北分部并设有北美、德国、英国、法国、意大利、荷兰、瑞士、西班牙、波罗的海及独联体、立陶宛、澳大利亚、日本、韩国、印度、印度尼西亚、尼日利亚等十七个海外办事处，为开展各项工作提供了组织保障，也为凝聚各方力量搭建了平台。

shenzhen logistics and supply chain management association (formerly known as shenzhen federation of logistics and purchasing) was founded in established in 1994. along with the rise of shenzhen modern logistics industry, the association grows faster and becomes stronger. until now, its working staff has been over 100 people.
