岗位职责:

工作职责
- Prepares monthly and quarterly Asia management reports and presents results; Supports Asia Commercial leader with necessary reporting and analysis (ad hoc);
- Coordinates, prepares, consolidates and presents the annual budget and various forecasts of Asia;
- Analyze Key customers or Segment Sales and margins trends and make recommendations to help drive profitability;
- Analyze regional costs, primarily SG&A, making sure spending is aligned with budgets/forecast;
- Develops financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives;
- Manage sales hierarchy and coding structure and serve as BU contact window to work with IT on business system enhancements

任职资格:

任职资格
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Mathematics;
- Excellent Excel and business modeling skills, good sense in database;
- Strong business sense and good communication skill with various levels in the organization;
- Ability to design and implement systems necessary to collect, maintain and analyze data;
- Familiarity with P&L reporting (including cost, margin, allocations, etc.);
- High team spirit and commitment, systematic and target-oriented working style.
