Job Function                      

- Be part of an engineering team that is focused on support of key customers and shortening their time to market.

- Write, debug, and support customer RF/Modem issue in the C/C++ language.

- Design and develop embedded RF test commands for both the RF Driver and Layer 1 for TD-SCDMA, GSM/EDGE, 1x/DO, WCDMA, LTE or 5G NR.

- Help chipset OEMs to understand QCT software/solution, give customers training of QCT products

- Play consultant/expert role, trouble shooting, identify problem reported by customers, analysis and report issues to developer team, help developer team to narrow down the root cause and fix problems

- Writing application note to guide customer design and debug

Responsibilities/Skills/Experience                             

- Experience with embedded build systems including compiling, linking, loading, and executing firmware images.

- Experience with development of Layer 1 or RF software using the C/C++ programming language is highly preferred

- Experience with RF test equipment measurements for power, spectrum, and waveform quality in at least one cellular standard TD-SCDMA, GSM/EDGE, 1x/DO, WCDMA and HSPA.

- Self starter and ability to work under pressure
