If yes, you are wanted in our newly established software application team. Our job is to deliver advanced products for integrating Litepoint products with our customers systems. We do this by delivering a Software product based on our internal Software framework. Both the products and the framework is the responsibility of our team.
The team today is located in Sunnyvale and Taiwan, and we are just starting our branch in Shanghai.
We target Windows, Linux and OS X, and we develop our software in C and C++.
Some of the technologies that we are working with are C++, Qt and Python. We interface with surrounding systems through TCP/IP, SCPI, NI-VISA, GPIB, SQL, MongoDB and an occasional CSV file. We use embedded python to create a high performing bridge between C++ and the Python Virtual Machine.
You are expected to be very smart, self starting and self going. You will have great opportunity to learn from your peers, and grow your competence together with the team. Litepoint will learn from you, and you will learn from Litepoint.
The position will require limited travel to other Litepoints offices and customer offices.
What we really need from you:

? Know-how in one or more Source-code control systems (Subversion, Perforce or similar)

? Experience from factory automation
? Experience from controlling RF chips (Qualcomm etc)
? Instrument control experience (Oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers etc)
? RF experience (LTE, GSM, WCDMA, CDMA2000, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS etc)
