Our client is a global leading manufacture provider, now having four factories and around 10,000 staffs in China.

Main Responsibilities :

1. Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics

2. Provide efficient and precise legal advice and support to other departments, branches, affiliated companies under tkEC

3. Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations, further collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies and offer proactive advice on possible legal risks

4. Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights and participate in contract negotiation if required

5. Work closely with multiple stakeholders and forces on implementing, developing and modifying practices and procedures to conform to legal requirements and company policies

6. Specify internal governance policies, manage the record keeping, and ensure compliance and use of company tools and resources within guidelines

7. Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization

8. Provide regular legal trainings to internal personnel

9. Follow all safety policies, procedures and work instructions according to the safety management system and fulfill his/her responsibilities as stated in the safety manual so as to protect the safety of himself/herself and fellow colleagues.

10. Other tasks assigned by the Department Head"

Requires：

1.Education (Degree, major) : At least a bachelor degree in law, overseas education background will be a plus;PRC Bar qualification

2.Working Experience ： Minumal 8 years working experience with top local private practice /international law firm or multinational corporation

3.Language: Fluent oral and written English skills
