We are currently seeking a C&B Manager, Greater China to join our DHL eCommerce Solutions team in our ShenZhen office.

  

  

Main Responsibilities:

  

  

• Champion the design, development and effective implementation and required modification of compensation and benefits policies or programs across Greater China locations to ensure the competitive position in market place;

• Lead C&B market surveys to support Greater China business requirements and provide insights or recommendations for HR solutions;

• Manage C&B operational activities including coordination of approvals for all employees , job evaluation, short-term incentive plans, merit planning, promotion or salary special adjustment, and benefits program updates to enhance employee loyalty and overall retention;

• Provide training to HR team, management and employees to enhance understanding of total reward guideline, policies and processes. Broadcast total reward concept;

• Management of expat and local plus employee C&B programs;

• Lead and conduct job analysis & job evaluation and develop professional career path for employees across GC region;

• Design education/commination programs to employees on rewards matters to improve employee satisfaction and retention though several communication channels;

• Job system design & implementation for both office staffs and operators level.

                

  

  

Desired Skills/Experience

  

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field;

• Minimum 7 years of HR work experiences in MNCs environment;

• Regional exposure is highly desired;

• Experience in designing and leading projects on C&B and Performance in the region;

• Broad breadth of experience across all areas of C&B (locals, expatriates, grading, income taxation etc)

• Good analytical and numerical ability as well as problem solving abilities;

• Proactive and result-oriented. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to engage stakeholders;

• Fluent in both English & Chinese
