Job description:

• To monitor and maintain computer systems and networks;
• To install and configure computer systems;
• To set up new user and delete resigned user's accounts;
• To troubleshoot and find the solution to problems relate to either software, computers or other IT hardware;
• To work continuously on a task until it complete;
• To prioritize and manage several open tasks at the same time;
• To rapidly establish a good team working relationship with other professionals to make necessary repairs;
• To test and evaluate new IT technology;
• To write document to update the IT knowledgebase;
• To perform all other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• IT knowledge on infrastructure, various system/applications, networking, etc
• High Integrityl;
• Good communication skills;
• Action oriented and target driven;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work and understand different kind of cultures and people;
• Ability to motivate and work in a team Academic qualification in IT or equivalent experience in similar capacity or comparable systems at international companies (minimum 1 year) Preferably with working experience in a multinational freight forwarder;
• Good oral and written English, CET-4 above;
• Fresh Graduate with high potential can be considered.
