Job Description:

职位介绍

1.          Set up accounting titles, prepare vouchers, and keep accounts regularly in accordance with the provisions of the national unified accounting system, complete financial accounting, and ensure that the accounts are consistent with each other；

根据国家统一会计制度规定设置会计科目、编制凭证、定期记账，完成财务核算，做到账证相符、帐账相符、账实相符；

2.          Accurately accrue taxes at the end of the month，complete tax declarations on time within the declaration period, and pay various taxes;

月末准确计提各项税金，在申报期限内按期完成税务申报，缴纳各种税款；

3.          Responsible for preliminary market research, data collection in the early stage of project investment ，financial verification ，financial analysis, risk warning and other feasibility analysis of investment projects.

负责项目投资前期的市场调查，数据收集；投资项目的财务核对、财务分析、风险提示及其他可行性分析工作；

4.          Assist in Pre-investment and post-investment supervision and management.

协助公司投资项目的投后管理等工作；

5.          Establish and improve the sorting, compilation and report management of accounting files and project files

建立健全会计档案、项目档案的整理、汇编及报管；

6.          Back up for other team members when necessary，confidentiality and keep company’s business secrets. 

完成公司领导交办的各项工作任务，做好保密工作，保守公司商业机密。

 

Requirement：

要求

1.          Be familiar with Chinese Accounting Standards (better understanding IFRS) and related financial, taxation, auditing regulations and policies.

熟悉中国会计准则（能了解国际会计准则更好）及相关的财务、税务、审计法规、政策；

2.          Excellent in financial software and Microsoft office skills. Fluent in English reading;

精通财务软件及办公软件操作，英语阅读能力出色;

3.          Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting or any other related major with a strong academic record，basically have an Intermediate Accounting Title;

财经、会计、金融相关专业本科以上学历,中级会计职称；

4.          Above 2 years Experience from leading accounting firm, real estate or investment industry would be desirable; Fund qualifications are preferred;

2年以上工作经验，拥有四大或八大内资会计师事务所，投行或上市公司工作经验优先，有基金从业资格者优先；

5.          Professional qualification(s) such as CPA, CMA, ACCA are preferred;

拥有CPA, CMA, ACCA等财经资格证书优先
