Marketing Leader (base in Guangzhou)

Key Responsibility:

• Takes the lead in the development of brand marketing strategies in order to establish strategic direction and increase the brand awareness & maintain the brand positioning in China
• Drives the development and execution of all ground events and promotions for the brand.
• Derive the clear marketing strategy for brand positioning in China
• Lead the marketing team in China for developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and activities for their brand. Initiatives and activities include campaigns (print, web, social media, broadcast….)
• Ensures that the product maintains a consistent tone that is relevant to the business’s brand and the consumers, solidifying the brand identity by ensuring consistent, on-time and accurate development, delivery and assets running for each brand marketing campaign

Requirements:

• Have minimum of 12 years marketing work experience in China
• Hands-on experience in OTC and Consumer Healthcare products.
• Strong in deriving brand marketing strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong business acumen
• Good analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
