This position is dedicated to supporting the Global Billing Operations Team based in Salt Lake City, USA, San Jose, USA, Luxembourg, LUX, Berlin, Germany and Bern, Switzerland.

The key responsibilities of this role will be the processing of Europe EFT (Electronic funds transfer) payment research, reconciliation and other payment related tasks like:

• researching checks and wire transfer payments
• processing refunds

The scope includes the operational processes of billing and payment related research tasks. The reoccurring tasks will be measured against pre-defined service levels and quality objectives. Being part of a global team may involve working on week ends or night time as needed.

A key element to this role is to have a close cooperation and open communication with all Global Billing Operations teams both onsite in Shanghai and Globally. The Billing Operations Analyst will work within the framework of the company's long term objectives in optimizing resources, technology and innovative thought to ensure that we are supporting a high quality, trusting trading environment.

• Experience with MS Office and data management system
• Excellent communication skills. Fluent English is required. Additionaly, knowledge of any other European Language is a big plus
• Customer focus and ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Willing to accept and function in a constantly changing, fast paced environment
• Flexible and willing to take on different tasks as needed
