Job Responsibility:

1、Administer bank accounts, including account opening/closing, signatory change, relevant government certificate application/ renewal, report and documentation maintenance, etc.

2、 Support internal or external financing processes, like: intercompany loans, dividend, guarantee, external financing, L/C and draft discounting, short term revolver, long term notes, entrusted loans, trade financing, project financing, etc.

3、 Interact with relationship banks and government authorities (SAFE, PBOC) at operational level, in relation to bank accounts, settlements, foreign exchange, loan administration, etc.

4、 Support the internal control and external compliance processes relating to treasury, such as: audit, SAFE FX inspection, loan card renewal, basic account certificate renewal, bank account annual check, etc.

5、 Administer Treasury documentation and filing system

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting.
• Good technique skills in finance, accounting and taxation.
• Experience in plant accounting or financial analysis.
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin, writing and oral.
• Analytical, strong in problem solving and thinking skills.
• Highly motivated. Self-starter/goal-oriented, and passionate team player.
• Good level knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of SAP/BI would be helpful.
