职位描述

岗位职责

1. In charge of trade AP Daily invoice matching, subledger booking&process payment to vendors. Prepare monthly vendor reconciliation&related AP aging report follow up and control.

2. In charge of intercompany trade AP, prepare intercompany reconciliation.

3. In charge of month-end closing in relation to AP both for Managerment book and statutory book with internal & external deadlines following closing schedule.

4. Prepare weekly AP forecasts and assistant superior to tracking all AP related Aging report.

5. Communication with internal department and external vendors for payment issues, follow up outstanding items

6. Prepare related account breakdown of monthly Balance Sheet breakdown. In charge of the A/P Sub-ledger reconciliation with General-ledger before financials finalized

7. Be proactive to accept other assignment delegated from superior.

任职要求

1.College’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economic.

2.1 years related working experience in MNC.

3. Excellent computer skill, ERP experience is a plus.

4. Good English reading& writing skills.

5.Good analytical and problem solving skills.

6. Excellent communication skill and can work under pressure.
