岗位职责

1、根据公司的教育整体发展战略，市场营销战略计划的执行，以及对执行过程进行控制，做好协调工作，确保结果；

2、负责市场推广、品牌宣传与业务运营，完成公司的市场推广工作，搜集整理准入市场数据，为决策提供参考；

3、根据公司要求，提供周边环境、人流、销费能力、居民构成等报告；

4、根据准入行业分析业内竞争对手，制定市场策略和核心卖点；

5、挖掘产品优势及卖点，定义产品核心卖点及产品市场定位，规划、制作产品推广的各类宣传资料和物料，包括产品包装、网站设计、公关稿等；

6、监督并执行市场策划方案及宣传活动的落实情况。

任职资格

1、大专及以上文化程度，市场营销、工商管理类、公关策划等相关专业

2、年龄在23-35周岁，1年以上同岗位相关工作经验，具有品牌运营经验；

3、优先的资源整合和开拓能力，有一定渠道和资源者优先考虑；

4、熟悉市场推广规律，文案策划，及一定商业选址分析、评估能力；

5、良好的沟通领悟能力，及推广方面的创新能力；

6、本公司目前运营的项目为早教类，以蒙氏教育为主。
