Primary Job Responsibilities

This position will be managing projects involving cross-functional teams in support of the work in the core Risk area for PayPal. This position will work closely with members of the Product Management team, Product Development team as well as with all levels of management within the organization. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to define, manage, and deliver high visibility projects in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

A strong candidate will have a solid experience with technology and product project management and possess a strong written and verbal communication skills as well as superb skills in business analysis, project/program management, processes, and change management. This individual must be able to handle a number of simultaneous projects, demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership to drive project to completion, and be successful in a collaborative environment. The responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Planning and conducting project kickoff meetings; defining project scope; facilitating technical / operational / functional requirements and definition for product initiatives; developing detailed baseline project plans; tracking/managing projects to successful completion; communicating status, issues and risks to project stakeholders; providing leadership to cross-functional project teams, and maintaining project documentation. Must have ability to organize and develop implementation strategy and roadmap for large and complex business and technology initiatives.
