岗位职责：

1.负责公司软件产品的规划和设计；

2.持续研究和管理软件产品需求，进行需求调研、竞品分析，推进产品功能改进；

3.负责制作产品原型，及产品配套文档；

4.负责产品上线后用户需求采集、分析、优化跟进。

任职要求：

1.本科及以上学历，2年以上软件产品规划设计经验，优秀的产品规划和设计能力；

2.熟悉软件产品设计理念及方法，熟练掌握产品需求分析、设计等的技巧，有成功的软件产品策划经验；

3.出色的表达能力，文档写作能力和产品原型表现能力，熟练使用常用产品设计工具(Axure/Visio/XMind/XD等)；

4.有创新意识，积极主动，敢担当，有产品理想；

5.具有PC端网站、手机界面、软件产品设计经验，熟练Photoshop/Illustrator等图形软件优先；

6.有数字影院，或相关行业产品经验优先。
