  职责范围：
  1. Business Analysis
  Under IT application director or IT development manager’s guidance and supervision, to work with users to identify and solve business problems, analyze business and user needs, and develops recommendations to solve problems and issues related to business operations. Responsible for optimizing corporation business performance by enhancing the alignment between business processes and IT application platform. Responsible for gathering users’ requirements and performing research and analysis to support business operations. Determines best practices and suggests how to improve current practices. 
  
  2. System development 
  Under IT development manager’s guidance and supervision, to finalize system detail requirement, prepare the technical feasibility for IT development manager’s review to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results. Responsible for program design, analysis, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. Assist IT development manager to ensure all projects to be delivered per schedule, responsible for controlling the programming quality. Study any new IT technic for better system development platform.
  
  3. System Support
  Under IT development manager guideline, responsible for monitoring information systems operations and implementation of any new developed system and modifications. Under IT development director/manager’s guidance and supervision, to assist maximizing opportunities to utilize system data to improve business processes. Assist IT development director/manager to implement best practice, monitor the data integrity and resolve related technic issue.
