Job Purpose:

Responsible for selling MCHP products (including 16-bit family), including finding and generating business from new customers

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for new account development and expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory
- Calls on prospective customers, provides technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations, and quotes appropriate customer prices
- Responsible for meeting assigned sales quotas
- Additional focus on 16-bit family

Requirements:

BSEE graduate, communication skills (group and interpersonal) Willing to travel 40% of the time

5 years of experience in the semiconductor business.

Manual dexterity, hearing and visual acuity (color distinction, peripheral vision, and depth perception)
