Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the product safety in complying with the importing and exporting countries', Client's and Creata's requirement and provide alternatives for improvement.
2. Determine the accept/reject criteria of product function and aesthetic that able to meet Client and customer needs.
3. Develop the product specification and communicate to the team member and the suppliers.
4. Evaluate manufacturing design and provide alternatives in order to meet safety, functional and aesthetic requirements.
5. Understand product testing and manage the testing status with internal and external parties.
6. Understand the impact of product quality in case of negative issues (test failure result, rejects and/or customer complaint) and escalating issues for superiors and involvement when necessary.
7. Responsible to the new standards/requirements update, evaluate the impact and communicate with the other functional members and the suppliers.
8. Maintain and improve the quality system of the Company.
9. Able to learn from the lessons and prevent repeat issue.

Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor or Post Graduate Degree with major in science or engineering.
2.8 Years of working experiences in quality, engineering, manufacturing engineering and/or laboratory testing.
3. Knowledge in safety standard and quality requirement.
4. Basic understanding of all functional areas and sound knowledge of the quality requirement/system at Creata.
5. Project management skills
l Basic knowledge of multiple functional planning, managing product development milestones, status update, risk assessment of project and analyze of issues.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skill
Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally
Capable to facilitate multiple functional discussions to achieve collaboration among functional areas.
Capable of negotiations with external parties to achieve the product quality and expectation.
Proactively communicate both positive achievements and potential issues
7. Creative problem solving
Able to think out side of the box to trouble shoot issues encountered. Collaborate with superiors to resolve issues.
