PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Help promote OUP products (textbooks and readers, etc.) and services to new or existing clients or accounts and achieve sales and/or profitability objectives in east China. Help manage ELT segment and implement territory strategy. Help improve those students life through OUP products/services.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/KEY RESULT AREAS

1. Work with territory manager to fulfil territory and national target. 

2. Retain existing key customers.    

3. Identify marketplace opportunities, prospect and engage new key clients.  

4. Develop proposals, and manage the contract process.    

5. Manage segment of ELT and help manage International Education—demonstrating advanced sales, market research and business skills.

6. Help management formulate segment strategy and implement it.

                                            

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor degree is required

· Fluent spoken and written English 

· Rich business or key account development experience in educational industry 

· Educational background in English, education, or business management is preferred

· International publishing or English Education sector (ELT in particular) experience is preferred
