Role: Understand USA regulatory requirements for product certifications, USA mandatory testing protocols, UK, EU and Canada Testing Protocols, Colorbök Testing Protocols and Customer specific testing protocols. Work with vendors and merchandisers to schedule, submit and track testing samples for USA Colorbök Product Managers, Customers and Testing Labs.

Major Responsibilities:
● Maintain up-to-date library of all US Government mandatory Certificates needed for import
● Maintain up-to-date Colorbök requirements / guidelines for imports
● Work with USA Product Managers and China Merchandisers to ensure that RFQ’s and BOM’s have the correct
testing and certificate requirements timely and clearly communicated to Vendors
● Upon placement of a firm PO, work with Colorbök Merchandisers and Vendors to schedule receipt of appropriate
samples for Merchandisers, Product Mangers, Customers and Testing Labs
● Track all samples being made and push Vendors to comply with PO agreed upon delivery dates of samples
● Track all samples being tested and push Testing Lab to comply with agreed upon results per each order given
● Document testing results to appropriate parties: Merchandisers, Colorbök China Shipping Team, Product
Manager, QC team and vendors
● Maintain Testing Cost Estimations and Testing Tracker
● Perform other related job functions and special projects as assigned by leaders

Qualified Candidates:
● Degree holder in business related field
● Fluency in written & spoken English and Mandarin
● At least 2 years experience in a trading company or labs or toys manufacturer, experience with Toys, Kids DIY craft
products is a plus
● At least 2 years experience with some product testing; understands basic testing concepts and objectives, familiar
with EU testing and technical file , safety assessment and relative EU directives.
● Merchandising and Quality Assurance experience beneficial, familiar with BOM, BOS of products.
● Willingness and ability to learn US, Canada and EU product testing requirements and major retailer requirements
● Experience with Global certified Testing agencies in China will prove beneficial
● Experience working with overseas customers such as Wal-mart, Target, TRU, Costco, Family Dollar and so on.
● Well organized, responsible, proactive and team player
● Willing to learn and work under pressure.
● Strong Microsoft Office skills are required (Word, Excel & Outlook)
