Job Description

1. Drive internal operations according to customer requirements. Schedule/reschedule sales orders, generate and update immediate and long term production build plans.

2. Sponsor daily production meeting with production team to review upcoming shipment status.

3. Interface with Order Fulfillment to commit delivery, reschedule, respond and provide assistance to customers such as customer enquiries, complaints, order changes, products returns, and delivery notifications.

4. Follow up with buyer/CM for material shortage.

5. Track and ensure on time delivery to customers.

6. Monitor and analyze customer forecast to allocate and optimize resources to meet forecast.

7. Contribute to upside revenue by continuously reviewing order coverage against revenue opportunity to facilitate delivery and/or new order pull in.

8. Manage FG inventory by finding ways to consume excess and obsolete parts during short term forecast fluctuation and sudden change of BOM.

Requirements

1. At least 5 years working experience in electronics manufacturing field, PMC/material or project management related.

2. Self-motivator, can work under fast-pace and pressure with minimum supervision.

3. Good oral and written English, good skill of Excel.

4. SAP experience is a must.

5. Agile experience preferred.

6. Result oriented, proactive and easy to communicate.

7. Team-player.
