职位描述

Area Trade Marketing Supervisor(市场推广策划活动)

Brand Activation:
1. Work closely with Brand Team and National Trade Marketing Team, and support on planning, localization and execution for Brand Projects/National Projects, monitor and consolidate promotion result, feedback and evaluation to Brand Manager and National Trade Marketing Manager.
2. Working with Regional Sales Team, identify regional/local needs, develop relevant initiatives and supervise the execution of brand activations.
3. Quarterly plan and review with Sales Team by brands by cities on promotion results and next steps.
4. Monthly Flash report to provide regional promotion review and competitor activities in each cities
Availability:
1. Review city plan with Sales Team by cities monthly and provide support marketing plan for new outlet or exist outlet contract negotiation.
2. Initiate distribution plan and provide supporting marketing materials for new product launch.
3. Monthly account list review with sales team by cities for volume tracking.
Visibility:
1. Identify outlets one-by-one into segmentation and provide visibility investment recommendation and execution plan.
2. Work closely between agency and Brand Team to provide imagery design and production with high quality and low cost.
3. Responsible for supervising the usage and physical management of the region's merchandise. Work with local teams, identify/consolidate regional needs and provide accurate POS forecast by brands.
4. Maintenance of imagery production and keep file for company record.
Quality:
1. Monthly product training initiate to outlets on both dark spirit and white spirit.
2. Quarterly internal product training session for company staff and PGs
3. Tasting promotion initiated to the outlets for trails and build up brand preference.
Promotion:
Local initiatives to align with brand strategies, company business principles and customer needs/ expectations to drive sales and enhance brand awareness by brands / cities/ channels
Budget Management :
1. Provide weekly budget tracking on time and accuracy for central office and finance record.
2. City budget & spending analysis report monthly for non-cash investment status update
Market Visit:
1. Average once a week to visit new outlets, contracted outlets.
2. Provide marketing support to sales team on event/promotion/merchandising presentation with outlet owner.

Team Leadership:
1. Provide coaching and develop South Regional Trade Marketing Team, in terms of functional trade marketing development and behavioral competencies, keep improving trade marketing team's credibility within the company.
2. Weekly review status with South Trade Marketing Team and assign new projects.
Internal Relationship:
With reference to the company's business principles, consistent effort in fostering multiple WIN-WIN situations with RSM hence maximizing effectiveness of communication between Sales and Marketing function.
1. Meeting with RSM once a month for TM status report and promotion/event planning
2. Work closely with National Trade Marketing Manager and Brand Managers, provide updated market information monthly.
3. Attended quarterly regional sales meeting and provide city budget analysis, activities review and also new event launch announcement.
