职位摘要

咨询团队项目经理将成为咨询团队就业经验的整体拥有者，密切业务需求和咨询人员的专业发展。这个角色将主要工作在咨询的项目领导者团队中，专注于公司、团队和个人的需要。他们将推动业务的总体目标，包括平衡和利用，识别团队中的模式，并使用这些知识来驱动战略，并支持个人在其人员配置和发展需求。

4. 保持对商业环境的敏锐认识；公开与个人和员工的机会相关的信息，并与合作伙伴和团队进行合作，以确认员工对项目的支持。

？ 本科及以上学历，2年或以上咨询公司工作经历，具有操作的咨询项目经验优先；

Position Summary

The Consulting Team Talent Manager will become the overall owner of the employment experience of the consulting team and keep close to the professional development of business requirements and consultants. This role will focus on the needs of the company, the team, and the individual. They will drive the overall goals of the business, including balancing and leveraging, identifying patterns within the team, and using this knowledge to drive strategy, and supporting individuals in their staffing and development needs.

1. Work closely with the director, consultant and other team members to promote and support the integration of individual and team efforts;

2. Promote active retention by ensuring early successful deployment and development, as well as by providing program input based on personal requirements, such as a leading part of the discussion.

2. Understand and communicate key projects including career services and flexibility; Coordinate the use of projects to balance employee needs and business priorities.

2. Optimize team design, comparability and achieving business priorities through in-depth understanding of available skills, cases, leadership/advice and office/company goals; Maintenance personnel configuration pipelines at the macro and micro levels (overall business prospects and specific staffing)

3. Establish strong relationships with consulting team members to understand their development needs, preferences and constraints; Discuss upcoming projects, develop and implement personnel policies and expectations.

4. Maintain a keen awareness of the business environment; Disclose information related to personal and employee opportunities and work with partners and teams to confirm employee support for the project.

If you are:

？ bachelor degree or above, 2 years or above working experience in consulting company, the specific operation of consulting project experience is preferred;

？ solid professional theoretical knowledge, deep understanding on consulting management;

？ with a strong sense of responsibility and professional spirit, good learning ability, innovation ability and team consciousness;

？ strong ability of organization and project management;
