Main responsibilities:

• Cooperate with operations, production, administration and the front end, to utilize class tools and methodologies that include but are not limited to: Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and comparable techniques.
• Develop, implement and maintain Key Performance Metrics to monitor the performance on a monthly basis- OTD, Productivity and Efficiency, Over Time, Quality Performance , Operating Income, Total Cost Savings (Matrix), Cost of Quality, etc.
• Develop and establish continuous improvement and cross functional discipline teams. 
• Identify and make suggestions to the company’s upper management,  on new equipment, technologies, processes or systems .

Key responsibilities:

• Bachelor or above, major in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering;
• Minimum 5 years of experience as 6 Sigma Black Belt, Manufacturing management, operation manager or continous improvement, etc. 
• Hands-on working experience managing and effectively implementing Continuous Improvement Tools and Methodologies as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma 
• Familiar with production process-CNC machining, Plastic Molding, Die-Casting, Metal Stamp & Forming, Plating
•  Strong problem-solving ability; excellent communication skills
• Good command of Oral English;
