工作内容：

1、跟踪已审核的销售订单，对具备发货条件的订单提醒跟单员发货；

2、做好次日要发货客户的电话通知与再次确认；

3、对订单中产品未确认做货标准的，及时跟踪业务员与客户的沟通进展情况；

4、协助跟单员及时做好问题产品的处理与解决；

5、部门文档的管理，做好销售部借用、复印、归还的审批与登记工作；

6、负责团队的管理和指导工作，提升部门整体工作效率和质量；

任职要求：

1、大专学历及以上；

2、熟悉办公软件及ERP系统；

3、独立工作能力强，有一定的抗压性；

4、高度的工作热情，思维敏捷、严谨，有较强的敬业精神。
