TITLE:  TRADE & MERCHANDISING EXECUTIVE (SOUTH CHINA & TAIWAN)   

MARKET/DEPARTMENT: TRAVEL RETAIL CHINA & TAIWAN

REPORT To: AREA MANAGER (TRAVEL RETAIL CHINA & TAIWAN)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Visual Plan Strategy and Planogram

-        Create and develop VM concept, image visuals and graphic materials for the different displays format: visuals, LB, End Cap

-        Plan and execute installation schedule with regional VM's for all stores

 2. Communication / Guideline

-        Develop strong communication and working relationship with Regional Merchandising team

-        Communicate Key VM initiatives to Regional VM network

-        Provide artistic direction, support and solutions to regional teams

-        Request and compile photos from each store to review with Regional VM team on quality and execution, send photos and feedback to HQ team

3. Launch Plan and novelties

-        Develop, plan and execute all counter launch programs and direct trade initiatives for all accounts for NGC

-        Maintain pictures database for the launches & Maintain collection of competitive photos

 4. Trade plan

-        Communicate Key Trade initiatives to Regional network

-        Provide artistic direction, support and solutions to regional teams for all Trade designs and adaptation for China market

-        Ensure perfect execution and on time for all animations investments in China

-        Help to consolidate animation report every month and provide a profitability study for each animation including retail target reviews

 5. GWPs

-        Manage all A&P budget and strongly monitor

-        Implement all GWPs strategies per doors including allocation and PQ targets

-        Ensure proper usage and communication to all retail team in China

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS 

-        Bachelor degree above

-        3 years retail working experience includes merchandising role

-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.                                  

-        Good at Microsoft office, including Word, Excel PowerPoint, etc.

-        Can accept regular business trip
