minutes and update the

state of the key alignments

Support on Monthly Actual
Spending follow up

Support on team travelling Arrangement

Create PO(Depend)/SO and
Item creation in the system

Monthly counter / Sephora
score card collect

-       
Collect Basic Items order
from different teams follow the actual usage and stock state

Collect quarterly competitor report from teams

First checking on Merchandising Wechat system and follow with each team
on the issues

Team regular list Update

-       
Support team to go through stamp process of the documents   

 

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS 

-       
Excellent at Office
software. Especially, Excel & Powerpoint

-       
Knowledge on visual
Merchandising is a plus.

Good communication
skills with multi-functional teams.

Strong understanding
of operations, in the internal and external context

At least 1 year in
related position experience.
