Job Description
1. Organize new product material inspection
2. Organize and approve the relevant document to ensure the correct inform and instruction are passed to responsible personnel in the IQA.
3. Draft and edit inspection procedures and instruction to ensure they are fully met the inspection requirement
4. Maintain relevant document and ensure IQA staffs are using the latest revision documents.
5. Collect data and periodically issue incoming inspection report to monitor suppliers quality status.
6. Feedback any quality issues to suppliers, and request corrective action for any non-conformances.
7. Suggest to dis-qualify an approved supplier when the supplier consecutively performs below our accepted quality standard.
8. Chair MRB meeting, and together with relevant personnel, review for non-conforming parts or production rejected material.
9. According to the ISO9001/ISO13485 Quality Management System requirements, draft and implement incoming quality inspection procedures.
10. Conduct supplier inspection and audit


Job Requirements
1. 2 years of quality engineering experience is required, experience in PCBA industry as SQE is preferred.
2. Familar with ISO9000 requirement and knowledge on ISO13485 is added advantage,
3. Prior experience/knowledge on the component, such as plastic injection molding, metal stamping, etc..
