Position： Compliance Officer/ manager

Function： Compliance Department

Report to： China Head of Compliance

Location： Zhongshan,Guangdong

Main Responsibilities

l Assist Head of Compliance to prepare of zhongshan branch and monitor compliance affairs in Zhongshan branch.

l To disseminate regulations received from local regulatory authorities and to follow up the regulations implementation;

l Responsible for daily ALM monitoring in Kunming Branch;

l To provide compliance advisory to local business lines;

l To prepare and review regulatory reporting submitted by Kunming Branch;

l To conduct quality assurance according compliance testing plan;

l To cooperate with other related departments to set up infrastructure of AML;

l Responsible for training local staffs to enhance branch compliance awareness;

l Maintain good relationship with local regulatory authorities.

Job Requirements

l Bachelor Degree holder or above, major in economics, law, Risk Management, Accounting or financial related

l Above 3 years working experiences in the fields of compliance, legal, internal audit, or operational risk management related.

l Good knowledge in compliance and AML regulations.

l Good English skill
