GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:

Assist line manager to complete HR tasks as required, meanwhile, as a HRBP role, handling daily HR activities in Fen Xian plant.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Based on assigned recruitment needs, select recruitment channels, handle the sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, offer process, reference check accordingly.

• Responsible for employees’ attendance records, leave application and OT records, mantain eleave system, etc.

• Handle new employee registration, orientation, probation confirmation and leaving formalities to ensure compliance with the respective procedures and policies, with complete records maintained.

• Constantly maintain updated employee records in an accurate and confidential manner and to make available for internal management review and external audit.

• Assist employees to deal with all kinds of certificates, such as on-job certificates, etc.

• In charge of employee benefits such as health check, commercial insurance, service award, etc.

• Communicate effectively with HR vendors such as headhunting websites, training providers, benefit suppliers, etc.

• Assist to arrange the training venue, sending announcement, tracking attendance, collect and summarize evaluation result etc.

• Other tasks assigned by line manager or management

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• College Degree or above

• 1~3 years HR generalist experience in manufacturing / plant. Chemical background is advantage.

• Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel, PPT, Pivot table etc.

• Can work multi-task under pressure, sense of accountability.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Be service-minded, proactive, passionate and self-motivated

• Good command of English and Chinese
