1. 协助销售处理订单及其他相关业务活动，如下单、合同审核制作、交期回复、发货安排等
2. 在ERP系统中进行订单操作及追踪
3. 完成公司各类销售报表和数据整理，销售合同的整理归类
4. 跟踪应收款情况，监督并催促销售人员及时回笼货款，做好相关跟踪记录
5. 负责办公室日常行政事务

要求 ：

1. 大专及以上学历；
2. 一年左右助理类工作经验；
3. 积极，主动，认真负责，并有较强的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神。
