岗位描述：

1. 人员招聘工作，入职、离职办理；

2. 培训或会议资料、场地准备及记录整理；

3. 员工考勤、用餐日常跟进，考勤月报表管理；

4. 责任区域内的6S维护；

5. 派车跟进管理；

6. 前台接待、物品进出管控；

7. 打印机/复印机/考勤机等设备和办公用品的管理；

8. 文控文件的收、发、回收及存档；

9. 领导安排的其他临时工作。

任职要求：

1. 中专以上学历；好学上进，形象气质佳。

2. 有一年以上工厂工作经历及人事文员或人事行政相关的工作经历。

3. 熟悉使用EXCEL\WORD\PPT等办公软件，会使用VLOOKUP、COUNTIF、SUM、SUMIF函数。

4. 正值善良，品行端正，具备良好的人际沟通态度和技巧，协调，分析和解决问题的能力。

5. 性格开朗、乐于沟通，服从公司管理。

本工作工作地点松岗，包吃包住。6天工作制，不能接受请勿投递简历。
