Job Description


Job Title: Project Manager
Industry type: Electronic, consumer goods (digital media, mobile phone accessories, speakers and personal computers).
Functional Area: Outsourcing, Supply chain, manufacturing
Compensation: xxxx RMB + bonus linked to performances
Report to: General Manager
Career Path: Project manager -> project director
Location: Shenzhen, China

Key tasks:
1.Manage and develop new products;
2.Make the products produced at the best price with the best lead-time and quality.

Key responsibilities:
1.Work hand in hand with the designer for new products;
2.Manage the development schedule to ensure on-time delivery;
3.Assess factories in term of quality and process;
4.Ensure the reliability of the referencing (supplier and product)

Requirements:
1.Bachelor or Master degree with major in Electronic engineering, Automatic Control, electroacoustics or equivalent;
2.At least 5 years project management experience while design and manufacturing experience is a must. Mobile phone electronic accessories design and experience will be advantage;
3.Teamworker with good communication and coordination skills;
4.Result and challenge oriented;
5.Excellent English both in oral and written;
6.Good work organization and time management skills;
7.Can work under pressure;
8.Can adapt to working in the small but fast growing company.
