岗位职责：
Impact on the Business / Function
• Support I&I head to well deliver the 3year strategic plan of building sustainable deposit b/s growth
• Better formulate pricing strategy to support right deposit acquisition and retention for customer segment
• Optimize product matrix to increase the proportion of low cost deposit
• Develop new products to support CASA and vanilla deposits
• Lead system development including but not limited to UR, UAT and P&L delivery etc
• Develop and formulate online deposit strategy
• Enhance payment capability to enhance deposit proposition
Customers / Stakeholders
• Manage RB deposit pricing strategy to meet different customer segment
• Deliver expected customer return by structured deposit through the right product selection
Leadership & Teamwork
• By working with NWK, GCB to drive the deposit growth agenda
• By working with DCM and CVM on the digital solution to improve the online acquisition
• To motivate alternative channel such as CA to deposit development plan
• No audit and Noncompliant issue finding by CMP, INA and LGA departments
• Fulfil Group FIM policy

Role Context
• The jobholder is required to closely monitor market development and competitors’ marketing initiatives, interact with internal departments of HACN RBWM and external counterparts to develop our own tactics in counteracting their moves, reinforcing our corporate images and growing our market share in product offerings. In addition, it is of paramount importance that they should utilize the innovative mindset to smoothly implement product targets to tackle the challenges as well as the attainment of maximum business returns.
• The jobholder is required to work closely with local sales teams to formulate marketing strategies, drive the sales force to achieve the pre-assigned deposit targets, and motivate/drive the execution of localized sales and marketing activities. He / She should ensure the compliance of all statutory rules, regulations, codes and guidelines.
Management & Leadership of Regulatory, Compliance & Operational Risk
• Demonstrate leadership on Regulatory & Compliance matters. Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of its occurring including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting in accordance with section B.1.2 of the Group Operations FIM.
Observation of Internal Controls
• Maintain and observe the Group’s / Bank’s internal control standards, implement and observe Group’s / Bank’s Compliance Policy, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators. Foster a compliance culture and implement the Group Compliance Policy by managing compliance risk in liaison with the Head of Group Compliance, Regional Compliance Officer, Area Compliance Officer or Local Compliance Officer, ensuring adequate compliance resources are in place and training is provided, and optimizing relations with regulators.
Knowledge and Experience/ Qualifications
• Post graduate with over 10 years related working experience
