Responsibilities:

• Mainly consult with client to identify and define client business need, determine a solution, and support BD team to develop a bidding proposal;

• As an assistant in South-China BD team, participate in Create/define strategic sales plans and plans to initiatives regional goals;

• Assist with the paper-work, for deliver presentation to clients successfully and professionally;

• Take the daily communication work，properly solve the customers' demands, warmly answer customers' questions ,and help to maintain customer relationship

• To work closely with Facilities Management team as a specialist to support on site team for maintaining the service constancy and also to achieve the client’s satisfied rate as matching SLA/KPI’ as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree Preferred

Knowledge & Experience:

• 1 to 5 years BD experience is preferred

  Skills & Personal Qualities:

• Good communication skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly MS Project, Excel, Power Point and Word

• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
