职务名称：数字后期制作工程师


岗位职责：

1、负责规划、管理、维护、保障GDC数字服务系统（包括文件服务器、编码系统、后期制作工作站及相应网络等硬软件）整体稳定可靠运行；

2、负责GDC数字服务系统中心数据安全、数据整理及备份工作，针对安全问题提出改进建议；

3、负责故障管理监督及故障排除工作，针对日常故障处理存在的各项问题提出改进建议；

4、数字后期制作，包括DCP及密钥的制作；

5、 撰写数字服务系统运行质量、数据安全及日常工作报告；

职位要求：

1. 计算机相关专业大专或本科以上学历，热爱IT技术；

2. 有良好的团队合作精神，能积极主动开展工作，能在高压力下独立工作，具有良好的沟通、谈判及协调能力，为人诚实，愿意接受新知识，有较强的学习能力 ；

3．精通并运用过相关计算机操作系统及网络技术（Linux OS /Windows OS /MAC OS），能做到快速判断问题根源，解决问题；

4．熟悉网络安全防护技术知识，具备网络故障的分析、判断、解决能力；

5．熟悉TCP/IP网络原理，能够基于Linux平台熟练配置各种网络服务，例如FTP、Samba等；

6．熟悉RAID、NAS、SAN等存储技术，能够规划并实施存储备份方案；

7．有影视后期及计算机图型图像知识者佳。了解电影电视各种制式、色彩空间、帧率及分辨率等基本概念，使用过AFTER EFFECTS、Nuke、Vegas Pro、Premiere、Final Cut Pro等后期制作软件；

8．语言要求：懂英语、粤语者佳；
